Tom opened the doors of FourSquare Realty in LaGrange, Kentucky in 2004. The company has a second office located in Crestwood, KY.

In a very short period, Tom has grown the real estate agency to over 20 agents. The average licensed tenure of Tom's agents is over eight years. Some of these agents have been in the business for literally decades. Although the agency attracts agents with long-term careers and experience, there is also a great environment for "beginner" agents who have good street knowledge and insight of the secrets to success in the real estate market and field.

   

There is a great sense of camaraderie in the agency because of the longevity and strength of the agents. Tom is a humble man who loves what he does, jokes around with his agents (and clients) and always wears a smile. Tom and his wife, Gale, have both resided in Kentucky most of their lives. Although Gale works in HR for a large firm in Louisville, she is still very active in helping Tom in any way possible with the Oldham County Realtors and FourSquare Realty. This firm has built "servant leaders" who are very involved in their community, on various organizations and in their church. Tom says that he desires to work with professionals who truly care.
